Acceptance
This End User License Agreement is effective as of October 7, 2026.
It applies to EveryPenny staff who use the EveryPenny Operations Hub and to client contacts who are invited to the client portal. By signing in to or using the hub or the portal, you accept this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The Services
The EveryPenny Operations Hub is the internal bookkeeping application EveryPenny LLC uses to do its clients’ work. The client portal is where a client’s authorized contacts sign in to see their own company’s figures and documents.
License
EveryPenny LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the hub or the portal for the purpose of the engagement between EveryPenny LLC and the client. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer any part of the services, or use them for anyone other than the client whose engagement gives you access.
Accounts and Credentials
Keep your sign-in details private and do not share your account with anyone. Tell us promptly at hello@everypennyllc.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or restrict access where we believe it is necessary to protect client data or the services.
Connected Services
When you connect QuickBooks Online or any other account to the hub, you confirm that the company that owns the account has authorized you to grant that access. The provider’s own terms govern your use of that account. Access can be revoked at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Client Data
The client owns its data. We use it only to deliver the services covered by the engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell client data and do not use it for advertising.
Acceptable Use
You may use the hub and the portal for the legitimate business purposes of the engagement. You agree not to interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to them or to another client’s data, introduce malicious code, scrape them abusively, impersonate another person, or use them in violation of applicable law.
Availability and Third-Party Services
We work to keep the hub and the portal available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party services the hub connects to, such as QuickBooks Online, are operated by others under their own terms, and their availability and conduct are outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EveryPenny LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the hub or the portal. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this limitation may not apply.
Termination
Your access ends when the engagement ends, when the client asks us to remove you, or if you misuse the services. After access ends, client data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Relationship to Other Agreements
A signed engagement agreement between EveryPenny LLC and the client prevails over this agreement wherever the two differ. Use of this public website is governed by our Terms of Use.
Changes
We may update this agreement. The version posted on this page is the one that applies, and material changes will carry a new effective date.
