Our software keeps the work connected. Our team makes it happen.

A financial operation needs more than a place to record transactions. It needs documents, decisions, responsibilities, and follow-through to stay connected. EveryPenny brings those pieces together through our own platform and the people who run the agreed work.

Five concrete differences, not a claim to be better at everything.

Each one describes something specific about how the work is done and where you sit in it. Where a demo screen shows the point, we link to it and say so; the demo is a fictional sample, not a customer record.

  1. Bills, supporting documents, questions, approvals, and reporting are designed to stay connected inside our platform, rather than living as separate emails, attachments, and spreadsheets. When a payment is prepared, the invoice behind it, the question it raised, and the approval it needs sit together, so the person deciding sees the whole picture in one place.

Fictional sample. The demo uses made-up organizations, not client records.

  2. Decisions for the board · April meeting

    1. 1Authorize a temporary operating-reserve draw

Board (finance committee recommendation) · April board meeting

    2. 2Approve the County grant budget modification

Executive director · Before quarter end

    3. 3Decide the Workforce Development funding plan

Executive director with program director · May finance committee

Our team prepares, reviews, follows up, and delivers the work defined in your engagement. That includes asking for the missing receipt, holding a bill until a question is answered, reconciling the account, and completing the close on the agreed cadence. The work behind each item is recorded as it happens, so progress is visible without asking.

The demo’s “work behind this” history is an illustration built on a fictional organization, not an actual customer history.

  1. Your dashboard is not a second bookkeeping job. It shows the financial information that matters, the questions waiting on you, and the approvals only you can give. You still supply business context and make the decisions assigned to you. You do not maintain the books, chase the documents, or administer the platform.
  2. Before the recurring work begins, we define with you who performs, reviews, and approves each responsibility, the approval rules, the reporting you will receive, and the systems and handoffs the engagement will use, including what is specific to how your industry earns and spends money. The same configuration is not right for every organization, so we set it around yours rather than handing over a default. Supported connections are confirmed during onboarding.
  3. We coordinate the agreed work between our team, your team, and your existing providers, so routine handoffs do not queue on a leader's desk. You retain the authority defined in the engagement: who approves a payment, who releases funds, and what needs a decision before it moves. Approval remains a separate step from payment processing.

Who does what.

The responsibilities are written down before the recurring work begins, so nothing depends on an assumption about who was supposed to do it.

Explore an illustrative client experience. Your engagement defines the services and platform features available to you.

Explore the dashboard

You are not buying another dashboard to maintain. You are choosing a connected way to have your financial work handled.

Three ways to check that for yourself. They are different kinds of evidence, so we keep them separate.

The interactive demo

Fictional organizations and sample data. Walk through a prepared payment, the work behind it, cash, and reporting inside our platform. Nothing in it is a customer record.

Real client work

Anonymized evidence from engagements we have actually run: the condition the records were in, the responsibilities we took on, and what changed. No invented outcomes.

A review of your own operation

A 30-minute conversation about how financial responsibility works in your organization today, followed by a one-page Finance Function Map. Not a sales deck.

Start with a look at how the work is handled today.

We walk through your bookkeeping, bills and payments, cash visibility, reporting, and who currently owns each responsibility, then show you what a connected version would look like for your organization.
